Community Referrals
Honoring Trust, Lineage & Relationship
At One Yoga, our teacher trainings grow through relationship, mentorship, and trust — not mass marketing.
Many of our students arrive because a teacher, studio, or practitioner they respect recognized that the training would be a meaningful next step for them. To honor the time, care, and discernment involved in these recommendations, One Yoga offers a referral honorarium of $100 for each successful enrollment.
This page outlines how community referrals work and who this invitation is intended for.
Who This Is For
This referral opportunity is open to:
Yoga studio owners and managers
Senior yoga teachers
Yoga therapists and wellness practitioners
Past One Yoga graduates
Long-term students and trusted community partners
Referrals are intended to be personal and intentional, based on genuine alignment and care for the student’s path.
About the Training You’re Referring To
The 100 Hour One Yoga Method Teacher Training is a lineage-based, immersive education rooted in classical yoga traditions.
Students train with:
Ryan Leier, Founder of One Yoga and senior student of Srivatsa Ramaswami (Vinyasa Krama lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya)
Dani Hébert, senior teacher, student, and yoga therapist
Supported by experienced One Yoga faculty
The training is:
Highly intentional and structured
Offered as two 100-hour immersions forming a full 200-hour pathway
Designed for personal growth, professional teaching, and long-term studentship
Although students do receive certification, this is not a trend-based or generalized certification.
Referral Honorarium
To honor successful referrals, One Yoga offers:
A flat referral honorarium of $100 per enrolled student
The honorarium is:
Paid after the student has enrolled and the training has begun
Offered as a gesture of appreciation, not an incentive
Transparency and integrity are central to this process.
How Referrals Work
You personally recommend the training to a student you feel is genuinely aligned
The student applies or registers independently
The student lists your name (or referral code) at registration
Once the training begins, the $100 honorarium is issued
All students are still expected to engage with the training responsibly and respectfully.
A Note on Integrity & Fit
We ask that referrals be made thoughtfully.
A good referral is someone who:
Is interested in yoga as a lifelong practice
Values lineage, depth, and tradition
Is open to self-inquiry and disciplined study
May or may not intend to teach, but seeks genuine understanding
If you are ever unsure whether someone is a good fit, we’re happy to discuss it together.
