Absorbing the Light - A summer solstice breathwork ceremony
Join Malina Dawn for a breathwork practice to help you enter the summer slowly and to work directly with the Light of this season through indigenous + yogic teachings.
Rooted in traditional pranayama and guided by Cree Métis teachings, this ceremony is focused on the practice of absorption of the light when the Grand Elder Sun is at its height. This is not about chasing a quick high — it is about being in conscious slow connection to the season, moving with care, nervous system safety, and getting in touch with the wisdom of your body/mind/heart/spirit.
Together, we will build a community altar. You’re invited to bring a sacred object or photo to honour and hold intention through the process.
