The One Yoga Method: A Foundational 200-Hour Teacher Training
The One Yoga Method Foundational Teacher Training is a comprehensive 200-hour program delivered through two intentional 100-hour immersions. This modular structure allows students to integrate their learning gradually while receiving a complete, internationally recognized yoga education that also prepares them for One Yoga’s advanced training pathways.
At the heart of One Yoga is its Founder and Lead Trainer, Ryan Leier, who has trained hundreds of yoga teachers over more than a decade. Ryan is known not only for his clarity of teaching, but for his unwavering commitment to personal practice and lifelong studentship. His teaching continues to evolve through constant study, reflection, and direct transmission from his teachers.
Ryan is a senior student of Srivatsa Ramaswami, one of the most respected living teachers of Vinyasa Krama Yoga and Yoga Philosophy, who learned directly from the legendary guru Sri T. Krishnamacharya. This lineage informs every aspect of the One Yoga Method, including intelligent sequencing, breath-centered practice, philosophy, and traditional chanting.
Together, Ryan and One Yoga have become synonymous with the highest quality of yoga education available today. This is not a modern, trend-driven blend of techniques. It is a highly intentional, finely tuned system of practice and teaching, rooted in tradition and adapted with care for modern practitioners.
Ryan is supported in the trainings by Dani Hébert, his partner and senior teacher at One Yoga. Dani has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and studying for more than 15, with thousands of hours of training and teaching experience. Her background includes yoga therapy and deep study within the Vinyasa Krama lineage, bringing a therapeutic, embodied, and integrative perspective to the training.
Together, Ryan and Dani offer a learning environment that is rigorous, grounded, and deeply human—supporting students not only to become skilled teachers, but to embody yoga as a living, evolving practice.
