Something inside you said “Yes!” to 40 days of yoga, and we are thrilled to begin this journey together. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner, re-discovering yoga, or exploring it for the first time, Awaken is designed to nourish, challenge, and guide you toward greater presence, mindfulness, and awareness.
This year, our focus is awakening through the elements. Each week, we’ll explore a new element as a lens for self-inquiry and growth, cultivating deeper connection to your body, mind, and spirit. Think of it as a gift to yourself—a chance to release what no longer serves you and embrace practices that help you feel alive, grounded, and fully present.
