100-Hour One Yoga Teacher Training

May 23–30 | Tantalus Lodge, Whistler, BC

Step into a lineage-based, immersive yoga experience in the heart of Whistler, a world-renowned mountain destination known for its nature, luxury, and breathtaking views. This 100-hour foundational teacher training is the first of two modules that together create a comprehensive 200-hour yoga teacher certification, preparing you for One Yoga advanced study programs and a lifetime of practice and teaching.

Our programs are globally recognized for their depth, lineage-based curriculum, and commitment to excellence—signaling to students, studios, and the wider yoga community that you have received elevated, world-class training.

Why One Yoga? A Lineage-Based Approach

The One Yoga Method is rooted in the Vinyasa Krama lineage, directly traced to Sri T. Krishnamacharya through Srivatsa Ramaswami, one of the foremost living teachers of classical yoga. Your training will be guided by:

  • Ryan Leier, Founder and Lead Trainer at One Yoga, who has trained hundreds of teachers over the last decade. Ryan’s teaching is informed by ongoing study, deep personal practice, and a commitment to clarity and authenticity.

  • Dani Hébert, senior teacher, yoga therapist, and Ryan’s partner, bringing over 20 years of practice and 15+ years of teaching and study in the Vinyasa Krama lineage.

  • Special guest faculty: Peter Elmas, founder of Home Yoga North Van, and Natalie Wright, founder of One Yoga Victoria, joining to bring additional depth and insight.

This is not your ordinary “mix-and-match” yoga training. Every aspect is intentional, rooted in authentic lineage, philosophy, and practice, and designed to transform your understanding of yoga—both as a student and a future teacher.
