Hadis Khosrowkiani
My first yoga class felt like coming home to a house I didn’t know I’d been building my whole life. I walked in curious… and never really left.
Over the years, movement became more than a practice , it became my language. A way to process, to celebrate, to rebuild, to connect. What started as yoga slowly expanded into Pilates, strength, breathwork, and a deep love for helping people feel powerful in their bodies.
I don’t just teach poses , I teach possibility.
In my classes you can expect strength that makes you feel capable, moments of softness that help you exhale, a little spice, a little play, and a whole lot of heart.
I believe movement should feel intelligent, soulful, and sometimes a tiny bit sweaty. I believe community matters. I believe your body is not a problem to fix , it’s a place to come home to.
Whether we’re flowing, pulsing, holding, or breathing together, my intention is always the same:
To help you feel strong, grounded, and deeply connected , to yourself and to the room around you.
Let’s move. Let’s grow. Let’s play.
