My journey with yoga started almost 25 years ago with a casual practice that slowly grew into a daily dedication. This curiosity about the true power of yoga led me to seek its deeper aspects, beginning with my first teacher training in 2013 with Sherry Zak.

Since then I've been blessed to study with many legendary teachers, including Sri Shubha, Srivatsa Ramaswami, A.G. Mohan, Indra Mohan, Dr. Ganesh Mohan, Manju Jois, Gert van Leeuwen, and Val Petrich. My practice has also been profoundly shaped by countless hours of learning and practicing with my partner, Ryan Leier.

My Teaching Philosophy

My teaching style is a blend of classical Vinyasa Krama and Iyengar-inspired alignment, woven together with therapeutic principles, philosophy, and pranayama. My goal is to create a holistic experience that integrates the mind, body, and emotions. I am committed to honouring the ancient teachings passed down to me, which is why I always begin and end my classes with a Sanskrit prayer and incorporate traditional breathing exercises.
