Curriculum: Classical Teachings for Modern Life

The heart of our Training Program is a commitment to the classical teachings of Yoga, which we strive to make immediately accessible and relevant to the modern student. Following the enduring principle that Yoga is 1% theory and 99% practice, our curriculum prioritizes direct experience and embodied understanding.

50 Hours of Immersive Practice

Fifty percent of the program is dedicated to guided practice led by Ryan, Dani, and expert guest teachers. This deep dive focuses on the holistic One Yoga Method, a cornerstone of authentic lineage, and includes:

  • Mantra Chanting

  • Pranayama (breath control)

  • Asana (postures)

  • Focus and Meditation Training

The Theory of Practice

Our comprehensive theory component is interwoven with your physical practice to ensure the work you do is meaningful, purposeful, and done correctly. This includes:

  • Detailed Posture Breakdown: Analysis of alignment, variations, and therapeutic benefits for key Asanas.

  • Vinyasa Lineage: Study and practice of classical Vinyasa sequences stemming from the Sri T. Krishnamacharyalineage.

  • Breathing and Chanting: In-depth training on the benefits and techniques of classical Pranayama and Mantrachanting.

  • Philosophy and History: A substantial portion of the program is dedicated to Yoga Philosophy. This vital context ensures you understand the tradition's ultimate goals and the authentic path to realization, guiding your practice beyond mere exercise.

In only 100 hours, you will gain the skills and knowledge to fundamentally transform your Yoga practice. Putting these practices into action will allow you to witness your mental and physical health evolve, leading to a noticeably healthier and more balanced way of being. You will also build connections within the community and support for your journey on the path of Yoga.
